In the Light of Quran & Sunnah

The animals we raise are a sign of Allah's mercy — and our care for them is part of the trust.

At OFAA, palai is not just a commercial service. It is an amanah — a trust. The animal under our care is part of Allah's creation, given for our benefit, and our duty is to raise it with kindness, hygiene, and dignity.

✦ ✦ ✦

Every feeding, every vaccination, every clean shed — we approach it as worship, knowing that mercy to animals is a path to mercy from Allah.

وَالْأَنْعَامَ خَلَقَهَا ۗ لَكُمْ فِيهَا دِفْءٌ وَمَنَافِعُ وَمِنْهَا تَأْكُلُونَ

"And the cattle, He has created them for you; in them there is warmth (clothing), and numerous benefits, and of them you eat."

— Surah An-Nahl (16:5)

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked: "O Messenger of Allah, is there a reward for us in serving the animals?" He replied:

"There is a reward for serving any living being."

— Sahih al-Bukhari 6009 · Sahih Muslim 2244

Veterinary Care

A complete vaccination & health schedule — on time, every time.

Each animal at OFAA follows a structured veterinary protocol from intake to Eid. Below is a typical year-long timeline.

Month 1 — Intake

Health Assessment & Onboarding

On arrival, every animal undergoes a thorough health check, deworming, and quarantine before joining the main herd.

  • Weight, temperature, vital signs
  • Initial deworming dose
  • 14-day observation period
  • Photo documentation begins
Month 2 — Core Vaccines

Foundation Immunization

Core vaccines for the most common livestock diseases in our region are administered by registered vets.

  • FMD (Foot & Mouth Disease)
  • HS (Haemorrhagic Septicaemia)
  • Enterotoxemia (for goats/sheep)
  • Anthrax
Months 3–8 — Maintenance

Growth, Feed & Routine Care

The bulk of the year is steady-state care: feeding, weighing, deworming on schedule, and continuous health monitoring.

  • Quarterly deworming
  • Monthly weight checks & photos
  • Hoof and dental inspections
  • Booster doses where needed
Months 9–12 — Pre-Eid Prep

Finishing & Final Checks

The last quarter is about clean finishing — high-quality feed, weight optimization, and a final vet certification before Eid.

  • Specialty finishing feed
  • Coat & appearance grooming
  • Final health certificate
  • Eid-day handover prep

Common Questions

Things people ask first.

Have a different question? WhatsApp us directly — we reply within minutes.

What is Palai service exactly?
Palai means full-year boarding and care of your Qurbani animal at a professional farm. You buy or assign the animal months before Eid, and the farm raises it on your behalf — feeding, vaccinating, exercising, and monitoring it daily — until Eid ul Adha when it is delivered or slaughtered for you.
Which animals can I keep at OFAA Palai?
All halal Qurbani-eligible animals: cows, bulls (bachra), buffalo, goats (bakra), sheep (dunba), and camels. Each animal is housed according to its species needs with appropriate feed, shelter, and veterinary protocols.
How is the animal cared for during the year?
Daily feeding with organic fodder, fresh clean water, weekly weight tracking, complete vaccination schedule, deworming on schedule, hygienic shed cleaning, exercise time, and 24/7 CCTV monitoring with health logs you can request anytime.
Can I visit my animal during the year?
Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to visit your animal anytime during farm hours by appointment. Many customers visit monthly to track their animal's growth and bond with it before Eid.
How are charges calculated?
Charges are monthly and depend on animal type and size. Larger animals (bulls, camels) cost more per month than goats due to feed and space requirements. Pricing is fully transparent — contact us on WhatsApp for a quote based on your specific animal.
What if my animal gets sick?
Routine vet care is included in palai charges. For minor issues we handle treatment internally. For major medical emergencies, we contact you immediately, get your approval, and bill medication costs separately at fair vet rates.
Can I bring my own animal for palai?
Yes. If you already own a Qurbani animal and want professional care for it, we accept boarding-only animals after a health screening and quarantine period. All standard palai services apply.
When should I book palai?
The earlier the better. Many customers book 6–12 months before Eid to lock in their preferred animal and benefit from full-year growth. Last-minute palai (1–3 months before Eid) is also available subject to space.

Give your Qurbani the year of care it deserves.

Visit the farm. Pick your animal. Trust us with the rest. By the time Eid arrives, you'll feel the difference — in the animal, and in your heart.
